No timer restriction on Soulstone

I was told that 24 hours timer was lifted.
Can use it transfer skills more often without delay

yes. for all full version soulstone no 24 hours cooldown .. I tried green/blue/red version..my account is UOSA enable on latest classic client.. the test is carried out at Siege Perilous.. but i think this should not any different..

however I asked at stratics forum if this design is intended or by mistake...

btw, i dun hv any soulstones yet, but i m going to buy 1 too

lets check on the offical site, if not... it maybe a bug... only

官網和各位大大都沒post 此有關靈魂石的變動
極大可能只是一個bug... (先抱負面心態, 要是osi 不把這bug fix掉, 便是一大喜訊)

In other word, it is not a bug We can use the full soulstone without delay
