我悲剧了~在eastore.ea.com刷了个新手包，结果没收到！

钱扣的到时挺快的。
刷的时候顺便注册了个eastore的账号，结果注册账号的EMAIL收到了。新手包没收到。。悲剧啊。。
你们都是多长时间收到的？

但是款被冻结了。
不知道会不会扣了款不发货。
因为是大陆的信用卡。不知道是不是官方不认

Share tips with you all.
Add the desire code into shopping cart. then you will be prompt to enter a valid uo account with password (some restriction apply e.g. account age must over 30 days old; must not purchase any of the items over the pass 30 or 90 days and etc)

PS. If you not able to login despite correct uo account and password enter.. this mean this code site blocked you.. due to IP issue... (e.g. your internet/isp issue... maybe using proxy and etc) try a different isp provider and try

If no issue with login, then you can continue with shipping checkout..at this point of time you will enter your personal particular, email address (make sure is correct email) with credit card info.
PS. if you found you not able to select country from the selection.. this mean you can not order.. (this is secure measurement to prevent credit card fraud. so for high risk country they will just block it)

if nothing went wrong, you order will complete and an email (with 2 codes.. new or upgrade + promo token code) will be send to your register email..

I read someone over other forum mention that there are people receive no email or either receive 1 code not 2... first thing to check is check email spam folder, if you didint receive code then lodge a customer support  at http://support.ea.com. That will be the best way to contact them.

not sure if there is some issue at ea store.. i dont see option to buy UOSA from ea store anymore..

现在最大的问题是已经扣款了，我又用其他方式买到了。
现在我怕他不退钱给我。。会这样吗？

in my opinion... they will never offer refund but you can file sales dispute with the credit card bank and see if they can revert the charges. However not sure by doing so will they able to trace you and take action on it.

However, do you receive the code from ea store at all? there is terms and conditions for the purchase.. most online site will tell you "All purchases of XXXX are FINAL. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED"

不会吧，这么倒霉，退款都不让退。
但是他现在订单显示的是已经Order Cancelled by System
这样还不退的话就太霸道了吧？
